Mr. Cadabam M. Ramesh, the nucleus of the organization, envisioned Cadabams as a place for treatment and solace for any form of mental health concerns and issues.

Mr. Cadabam M. Ramesh’s sister Amitha was diagnosed with mental retardation. She was a cherished member of the family and the family was void of the right treatment for her. Her sad demise became the guiding light for many others. He conceived Cadabams Psycho-social Rehabilitation Centre in the year1992.

With his dynamic energy and boundless passion, he is the source of inspiration and the guiding light for the entire team of Cadabams.

Mrs. Sudha R. Cadabam adds a special aura to the organization with her timeless involvement. She pays attention to minute details that ensures the residential program & stay to be welcoming and comforting. With her graduation in the field of sciences, and 20 years of expertise to mould, structure and enable smooth & ideal functioning at the organization. She facilitates and guides the staff of various departments to execute work in a manner that best helps to create a comfortable environment for the residents.

Ms. M. K. Saraswathi has made immense contribution to Cadabam’s with her expertise of over two decades in the field of psychology. A qualified psychologist with proficiency in psychology and with her administrative skills has facilitated in the structuring of the professional psychiatric care unit at Cadabam’s. She supervises the treating team and closely observes that each resident benefits maximum from the residential program. Her everlasting enthusiasm and commitment to the field is remarkable.

Mr. Ananth Rag Yalamuri, a graduate in the field of business and commerce with a degree in M.Com and BBM, has bought in the much needed orientation to better systematize the flow of the work management at Cadabam’s Group. He initiated the Psychiatric Training and Block Placements for nursing students from various colleges and institutions spread across the country. Having been in the field for more than a decade he has mastered and executed various operational techniques that would enhance the efficiency of the work force and he also creates an encouraging work environment. Consequently, his charisma and energy provides the organization clear operational road map.

Mr. Sandesh R. Cadabam a promising entrepreneur of the organization who is passionate and unwavering to provide mental health care with international standards. He works as a stern leader who does not compromise when it comes to providing mental health care services with the finest quality. He has the potential to identify talent and unlock potential of the workforce. This gives him a strong team to work towards the vision of the organization.

With his innovative strategic methods, modern thought and skill to envisage the healthcare scenario, he brings a novel outlook to the organization. He adds value to the lives of many by blossoming novel ways of reaching out to people who need mental health care and empowering them.

He has accomplished MSc. in International Business & Management from the Manchester Business School, UK that has given him an insight into Healthcare policies and an international perspective of health care scenario.

So far, Mr. Shreyas R. Cadabam is the youngest member and the son of Mr. Cadabam Ramesh & Mrs. Sudha R. Cadabam and has seen the centre flourish from his childhood days. He has recently accomplished his MBBS from KIMS, Bangalore and is currently pursuing his internship for the same. He has personally envisioned goals of his life on the lines of what he can offer to the Cadabam’s Group on the long run, this stands as the biggest asset for the Cadabam’s Group. With an inclination towards the field of psychology and the backing of an MBBS degree, it manifests and streamlines his career in the field of Mental Health Care.

Dr. Sunil M. R., a Director with Dual Training in Medicine and Health care Management plays multi-faceted role at Cadabam’s. He manages the health care needs of the residents while actively involving in the General Management of the organization. With his short stint of experience in an International Holistic Centre, he has added a holistic and integrative approach towards healthcare at Cadabam’s. He keeps himself updated about the latest trends and policies in healthcare and uses them appropriately to help the organization.

An active member of the Executive Board, he is the trouble shooter in case of any medical emergency and helpmate of the family members and residents.

With a passion in psychology and zest to add value to the lives of people, Mrs. Neha S. Cadabam puts her heart and soul in her profession. She is a consultant psychologist and a License NLP Practitioner. She has about 600 hours of clinical practice spread over two and half years of intensive practical experience. She has pursued MSc. in Psychology (Clinical Specialization) from Christ University, Bangalore and is also a licensed practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She has been certified as an NLP Practitioner by Dr. Richard Bandler (USA).

She has a knack of working with people at both group and individual levels and brings out the best from them. Her experience in the field of mental health care is varied; she has worked with individuals, at group levels at corporate, colleges and at schools too. Her area of interest are psychotherapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, relaxation therapy, depression related issues and has interest in child psychology.

Mr. Palyam Gurudath manages the Utility services and facilities at Cadabam’s has seen and been with all its milestones. A person with enviable expertise and experience in purchases and banking operations manages them for Cadabam’s making it simple yet efficient. He was an active partner of supported employment concept of Cadabam’s and is known for his empathetic management and education of the residents posted for training and duty at Neeraja outlets.

Mr. Rajashekhar Hiremath, has over 15 years of experience in the field of psychology and has pursued MSc. in Psychotherapy and Post Graduate Diploma in Counseling & Guidance. His past experiences involve teaching and clinical practice. Currently, he actively involves in the clinical aspects of the treatment of the residents, supervises clinical training for psychiatric nursing students and also involves into managerial activities of the organization. He looks into minute detailing and sees through a smooth enrolment of the residents for Rehabilitation Program. He coordinates with the psychiatrist and supervises the clinical team of counsellors to plan and execute care plans for the residents. He also plays a pivotal role in being the point of contact for family members.

Mr. Shreyus Komarla, a qualified pharmacist, who add value with his sharp administrative skills and adept pharmacy skills by addressing the end-to-end pharmaceutical needs at Cadabam’s. He co-ordinates with the treating team and ensures that the right medication reaches the residents at the right time.
